Return Policy

We expect you to be extremely satisfied with our products, but if for some reason you're not, please call Big Al at 410-795-0005 and he'll give you a return authorization code.  (He's big and he's charming and will probably talk you out of it.)  But if you really need to, please return the product within 30 days of original purchase date.  We will refund the purchase price less shipping and handling.  Please return the product with a copy of the original invoice and the return authorization code to:

Privacy Policy

BustinBass takes the issue of your privacy and security very seriously. We will never sell your email address. Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to our Web site or about new services and products from BustinBass which we think you will find valuable. Our email list of customers is encrypted and managed under rigorous company standards designed to safeguard the security and privacy of our customers' personal information.

When you send us your credit card number and your billing and shipping information, we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted. We also encrypt your credit card number when we store your order.

Shipping Policy

BustinBass offers a low rate for each of three shipping options for delivery within the U.S.  At this time we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or US territories.

BustinBass uses United States Postal Service (USPS) and offers the following shipping options:

• Express Mail (You'll pay a little more if you must have your BustinBass Lures right away!)
• Priority Mail (You'll pay a little less than Express Mail and you'll get your BustinBass Lures in 1-3 Business Days)
• Parcel Post (You save the most if you can wait 2-9 Business Days)

Don't forget to choose your shipping method when checking out. Just select the radio button next to the shipping option of your choice.

Please note that there is an additional handling fee of $2.00 for all packages.

SHIPPING SURCHARGE: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge due to their oversize and weight.
