Return Policy

We expect you to be extremely satisfied with our fishing products and bass lures, but if for some reason you're not, please call Big Al at 410-795-0005 and he'll give you a return authorization code.  (He's big and he's charming and will probably talk you out of it.)  But if you really need to, please return the product within 30 days of original purchase date.  We will refund the purchase price less shipping and handling.  Please return the product with a copy of the original invoice and the return authorization code to:

BustinBass takes the issue of your privacy and security very seriously. We will never sell your email address. Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to our Web site or about new services and products from BustinBass which we think you will find valuable.
